Isnt DST (daylight saving time) being used now at Washington as the internet is showing actual time - 11pm sunday, DST adjusted 2 am mondayrly:

Remember the world is divided into different time zones. All the Microsoft people are getting ready for bed, if not asleep already.

Expect the update in 12-ish hours.
