11:00am GMT is what some leakers have said
11:30am GMT is what others have said

don't worry it will be available for every WP8 devices.
even L630 have 512mb ram.
btw right now it is beta and will be available in US only.if you are not in US you can change your region,language and speech to US and it will be available.

Only setting region to the US will be enough i think.

I just hit 'check for updates' in the UK and it's been checking for about 5 mins now whereas earlier it was the usual few seconds followed by 'your phone is up to date...'
