hey dont do anything.. its done for me. took 15 mins to finish the pre-OS install update

I've got the feeling that it depends on the amount of apps and data on your phone. Got a Lumia 920 here, certainly not the slowest Windows Phone, but some people finished the Pre-Update in like 5 min....unlike me

Guys , something is wrong.

The second update took me about 2/3 min , it gotta be about 50 or maximum 100 MB , the WP 8.1 update should be like 300/400 Mo , so maybe the 2nd update is another pre-update ... And we gotta download a third one ...

Spinning gears will be anything between 5 to 25 minutes guys - especially for the second update. Don't panic, if you want, plug your phone to charger in case you don't have more than 50% battery.
