The Windows Phone in the new Turtles Movie?

Yesterday I went to see the new Ninja Turtles movie... A pretty fun movie, that is filled with MS product placement
And April (Megan Fox) is using a windows phone, but I didn't recognize it... Does anyone know which one it is?

I was hoping someone has seen the movie and noticed it. It might be a new device?

To me it looks like a weird Galaxy S 3 mash up with a Nokia N8 camera and xenon setup mixed with some WP magic.

Well it would make sense to be the 1020's replacement as they stopped producing it. I'd be impressed if they had it done already given the rumors over its development and using canon to work with them on development. The hump would lead me to believe it as any replacement would have to have a hump given the sensor size and multiple glass lens elements involved.
