The WP store is down!!! Enough is enough!!!

Woke up in the morning to download modern combat 5 but to my surprise I couldn't install the game for a reason I know nothing about.

I visited wp central and everyone is ranting about the same issue;

1. our problems don't seem to end,
2. every time an update to the OS comes out brings worms with it,
3. things aren't getting better at all and not promising either!,
4. everytime I hear stories of a app being pulled!,
5. no more WP support,
6. Verizon axing the icon, Verizon has thrown cyan back to Microsoft,
7. google has no plan of bringing its apps to WP,
8. AA has stopped development for WP,
9. cyan not arriving until next year,
10. Xbox on wp is dead,
11. xbox apps have become a complete mess,
12. Nokia has ran to android,
13. cortana will be escaping to android,
14. Samsung is battling with m$,
15. huawei has no plans of returning to windows phone,
16. candy crush saga has not made it to WP until today,we need data toggle in action center,
17. we need a better file manager,
18. we want moga support,
19. we need Bluetooth hid,
20. we need a flagship,
21. we want quality apps,
22. Instagram beta is rotting,
23. the facebook app is still mediocre,
24. notifications are not working,
25. apps are poorly built! ,
26. snapchat is warning,
27. developer fees increasing,
28. developers are running!

WHAT SHOULD I DO........??????!!!!!!

What you should you do? Whatever you want. It is your satisfaction that needs to be met, not anyone else. If things aren't cutting it for you, might need to either re-evaluate the situation or look for greener pastures bub.

Wow... that was a little dramatic. I think you made things sound worse than they are. More and more official apps have been coming out. I think the Facebook app has actually become pretty damn usable. More people actually know what Windows Phone is ever since 8.1 came out, with all that advertising MS has been putting out. Nokia running to Android... it's a different Nokia. That doesn't matter. The Nokia that has always made the great phones everyone knows...belongs to MS. Pretty much everything else you said is either insignificant or doesn't matter.

Just do what you want. If you're not satisfied with WP, then switch. Nothing is stopping you, like nothing is running me off. I'm here to stay.

well...you are always invited to leave if you're that much annoyed! why would you stay with smth you complain so much about and see no improvements?



I switched from Android and regret nothing! I was so bored with that static icons screen, most widgets are ugly/faulty, yes Android has oh so many apps, I used like what, not even ten?



WP is really refreshing with its simple system, home screen with live tiles and all the info I need at one glance, everything works perfectly out of the box, I have all the apps I need, just like I had in Android!



the problem is people complain so much about WP they forget to see the things that make it a good and refreshing OS!



it's not perfect yet, of course, but instead of complaining, I'll enjoy what it has to offer while MS is working on Windows 10!

To paraphrase Louis CK: it's not the phone that sucks. Your LIFE sucks, around the phone. :grin: If you're going to throw a hissy fit just because you were unable to install a ******* game, then maybe your mobile phone's ecosystem is not the biggest of your worries.

Seriously, if you're this bothered by Windows Phone, I say switch to something else. Clearly WP isn't for you. You have a choice.

Wow - that is a lot of whining about irrelevancies, unfounded opinions (not facts), personal interpretations of things that are not necessarily correct, and various stuff that may be of concern to you but certainly not to everyone. Oh, what does any of this have to do with the Microsoft Store being down? Yes, it sucks - enough said. Nothing on this seems to be related to the store though, which is an independent operation. BTW, the use of the insulting m$ pretty much says everything I need to know about your opinion. Standard usage for those who, regardless of what they may say otherwise, have a predefined negative opinion of the company regardless of what they do....
