theCHIVE Official App Fixed?

Hello Everyone! Noticed theCHIVE app was updated on Jan 3rd. Anyone know if this corrected the power button issue? Thanks!

I just looked, and both the Windows 8.1 and the Windows Phone apps from Resignation media have been pulled?
