There is a new update after build 10149

There is an insider fast configuration update showing on my 930 with build 10149, any ideas what that is?

It appears immediately after you get the first update. I have no idea what it is.

BE CAREFUL: after installing this new update i can't open any apps anymore....

i get the error message, that i should update the app via store (beta). but store (beta) doesn't even open...

any ideas?

update: suddenly everything seems to work fine again. but no idea what the update was for....

I did not install the update yet, but for some reason all my icons in the action center are blinking.

I noticed that update a few builds ago. It appears that it only happens after you enroll for the preview and then immediately update to the current build.

I ended up with same problem now

can not open any system app like settings, messaging, people etc

Its showing app may be in store beta but, store beta is also not working

​I will leave it till tomorrow morning and see whether it will be fixed or not
