there is wp8 do not based on fat32 ?

i wonna buy wp8 but gonna use my phone recording hd videos of hour and half or even more, and prefer phone base on exfat / ntfs instead of fat32.
(the fat32 4GB limit stop my hd video record after half of hour. some fat32 phones can record long hd but the file stuck inside the phone and you cant move it out to computer)

There's no way to do this on WP8 as far as I know. If you want to record HD video for extended periods of times, consider using a real video recorder and not a phone.

I never knew there was a limit like this, I would think it split files after every 3.xx GB like FRAPS? At least I hope that's how they do it

Is this issue present if you record to SD card? Can wp8 recognize ntfs formatted SD cards?
