Windows Central Question
When I try to reset my PC I get a message "there was a problem resetting your PC, no changes were made" when I searched the internet for a solution...
Well, I'm not sure but it seems that I don't have a recovery partition (which is about 20GB, I guess), although I have that partition which is 499MB, and I don't know if it's working or not.
Almost everyone says that I have to use windows media creation tool and reset my PC using it...
My question is.. If I did so, will I lose the manufacturer's apps and drivers ?
And is there a way I can reset my PC without losing manufacturer's apps and drivers ?
Thanks in advance
