they cant hear me?

I have bought htc 8x from mvideo market in tyumen russia 1 mounth ago.when i call someone , they cant hear me sometimes.i gave the htc service center.they changed my phone with the new one.but the second phone has a same problem too. the mic. works normally...because of i can talk with skype without any problem. i think there is problem with wp8 system or something like that.what is the solution for this problem?????

Its not WP8 system because like you said your Skype works fine. So OS and mic are OK. It could be our bad mobile network coverage from where you are calling.
