Has this happened to anyone? Is there a problem with the build 10.0.10586.218?

"This device has been locked for security reasons. Connect your device to a power source for at least two hours, and then restart it to try again"

Log into LIVE ID, choose WINDOWS PHONE, FIND MY PHONE, LOCK, ENTER 6 DIGIT PIN (remember pin), phone will shut down, re-boot and enter PIN. This resolved the issue for me.

yes. just yesterday it displayed the same message, and it finally remotely locked and have been able to unlock the phone, thanks for your thread.
