I find that Google services are launched faster. MS services slower and tends to hang. This is when using computer. On phone, there's just too much resuming.........................

Coffee. Hot tea is more of a 'relaxing ritual' for me, which demands time and I don't have time for that every day. A hot cup of coffee is more likely everyday in the morning.
Unless cold/iced tea counts, then I go with that.
