Not much to go on here. Your best bet is to try Windows Device Recovery Tool. This can usually save the day. Very straight forward to use. Failing that, if you can, try and get hold of Nokia Recovery suite for retail. That can resurrect the dead!!

Start with WDRT. Make sure you d/l from Microsoft site.
