Tile not updating

While I have a bunch of apps that update correctly for some reason the WPC app never updates. Any ideas why?

If you disabled the background task for WPcentral it'll never be able to update.

I'm having the same issue and it is set to run in the background as well. It's been 2 days now. I'm hoping it will come back to life soon!

I'm having the same issue, but it only started after the brand change to "Windows Central."

There now a update fix in the store ! got it this morning .

Yep, spotted this the second it went live and you'll find the update to fix it in the store already thanks for feeding back to us guys

FYI, after the update yesterday the app no longer updates the live tiles or gets notifications. A phone reboot did not fix it.
