- The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. The technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks. - This method is based on the idea that frequent breaks can improve mental agility. It can help you use your time effectively.

- There are five basic steps to implementing the technique:
1. Decide on the task to be done
2. Set the pomodoro timer to n minutes (traditionally 25)
3. Work on the task until the timer rings; record with an x
4. Take a short break (3-5 minutes)
5. Every four pomodori take a longer break (15–30 minutes)

This app will help you apply this technique to your work. You will be surprise with the results you have. In the main page, tap + to add new task and then press start. The app will do the rest! Hope you like this app.
