get htc one if body design matters you (get htc one m8 ) or if you want s-pen ,multi windows and other gimmick features go for Samsung galaxy note 3 :smile:

I thought the Note 3 was pretty nice actually.
That H1 is pretty popular...if I remember correctly it's not a good choice for the custom rommer tho...
Been out of Andread for quite a while myself.

Ahh...
You'll be fine going to either of the two devices you mentioned.
Custom Romming is re-flashing a customized ROM or OS overwrite with added features for a particular device.
Some do it and love it.
Some do it and brick their Android phones.

Android Central or XDA Developers are the forums to be on if you're considering Android phones.
