That's simple.
You'll need a NFC tag and doesn't work on Lumia 520/521/525, obviously.
1. Download Nokia NFC Writer or NFC Interactor.
2. Tag the Music+Videos.
3. And now I think is obviously...

PS: Now on 8.1, you can set apps to "trusted" to don't ask permission anymore.

You will need to purchase a NFC tag first. Download NFC Launchit app and assign Music Backstop to that NFC tag. Now whenever you will tap that tag to phone it will open old Music hub.
