I've been trying to send MMSs and receive them on my at&t unlocked Lumia 635 on TMo, I've gone online and tweaked the settings, but I'm not doing something right because no matter what I put it doesn't work!! Can someone please help me fill it out its driving me insane.

Im on Dev Preview so access point wont work, has told me an error about my OS version :p

so how do I fill out cellular+SIM?

I found these for you to try... When I was on T-Mo with an unlocked 1520.3 it just worked and I never tweaked anything.

Go to Settings > cellular + SIM > SIM settings > edit MMS APN

APN: epc.tmobile.com
User Name:
Password:
Authentication Type: <I can't edit this - leave as is>
WAP gateway:
WAP gateway port:
MMSC (URL): http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc
MMSC port:
Maximum MMS size:
IP type: <leave as is>

If I left a field blank, leave it blank in your phone...

Authentication Type - IDK... mine says "PAP" now, but I don't remember what it said when I had T-Mo? I wouldn't toggle this unless all else fails.

IP Type - it should match whatever you see under the same value in Settings > cellular + SIM > SIM settings > edit APN

Is your IPv... IPv4 IPv6 or IPv4v6?
And currently doesn't work still, SMS and internet sharing work, but can't send nor receive MMS...

I was on the Nokia Lumia 920 on t-mobile, one day I mess around with my setting and never again was a able to send or receive mms. I switch to the 1520 on t-mobile, I had to purchase a new SIM BC it uses micro and boom now I can send and receive mms. My advice is maybe try a new SIM.
