Tmobile Visual Voicemail

I have the ATT GO phone 640 unlocked to work with my tmobile sim. I cannot get visual voicemail to work, it just says "cant connect." Anyone else have this issue or know a fix? Thanks!

I don't think you can get native T-Mo VVM on a non-T-Mo branded phone...

You could try YouMail on the web combined with ISeeVM on the phone. Great 3rd party VVM service. I've used it for years. Works between devices, carriers and can even be ported to a new number if needed.

Bonus: ISeeVM is UWP so I get my VVM on my desktop and alerts too.

Thanks for the info. The odd thing it's that my wife's ATT 640 with tmobile on 8.1 was getting visual voicemail when I was using it last month but now it says it can't connect, as does my w10 phone. Can anyone else with the att 640 on tmobile get visual voicemail to work? It seems like it can since it just was working last month for me!

The annoying thing is that cellular data has to be on for it to work. I keep that off to save battery. Anyone had any luck getting visual voicemail with data off and just WiFi and cell calling on?
