To install app I need a workplace account

I created a very simple app on appstudio.windows.com

At the end, when you generate the app, it gives you a QR code to scan on your phone to install it.
However, when I do that, I get an error message that I need a "workplace" account.
Sure enough, if I go to Settings>Workplace I see where I can set one up. But that is as far as I can get.
I don't already have a workplace account, so I just enter my normal Microsoft account. It asks for server
info (which I have no idea), but never a password, so I never get any further.

How do you add a workplace account?

No need for an account.after scanning qr code you get a certificate to install which prompts to add workplace account which you can skip it and your appstudio app is installed.

I downloaded a wpcentral app on my Nokia lumia 800.I'm experiencing a problem when I want to download any app.I did sign up with wpcentral and Nokia windows.when I want to download any app it says create Microsoft account for games,music ect...,what should I do?
