To top or bottom

I'm fairly new to wp and can't figure out something that should be simple. Is there a way, like when you're in ie, to quickly scroll to the top of the page? Like apples tap the title bar or BB "t" press on keyboard? Am I missing an easy way to the top or is that not available? Thanks.
