Microsoft should allow windows phone user to update their phone apps by windows phone desktop app. for example by itune apple user can update their phone and pad apps. so no need wireless internet always.

are you sure you cant already? I have unlimited data and unlimited home wifi, so i cant say ive ever tried. If its something you need then post it as a suggestion on the official forums. It can be voted on as a feature.

You can push apps to the phone from the website if that helps.
