Touch Cover 2 - Colors?

Dear Community,

does anybody of you know, whether or not microsoft is planning to introduce the touch cover 2 in more colors, like cyan for example?
Is there any announcement or rumor to this?

Microsoft had some Microsoft Store events with Panos Panay and Stevie Bathiche showing off the Surface 2 before it came out. I asked Stevie about the touch cover 2 in colors and he told me he did not know why they are not being made in colors. Stevie then asked a guy from the Surface team who was there to see if he could give me a better answer and he said they made the type cover 2 colored because there was a demand for it.


Which IMO is pretty stupid because there is a demand for the type cover in colors because they were not colored before. Now there is demand for touch cover 2 in colors. Hopefully they just make both in colors next time.

It looks like Microsoft doesn't have any plans to release the touch cover 2 in other colors.. That's bad
