Touch Diamond Touch Flo E-mail Question

I’m working on the Sprint version of the Touch Diamond. In the Touch Flo version of e-mail, when opening and reading an e-mail, on the bottom left of the screen it used to say “Reply.” Now, following a soft reset, it says “Reply All.” How do I switch this back to “Reply?”
