Touch not working

After update10.0.14393.5. Touch is not working properly. I'm try to open side it's getting open other app what to do

I'm try to hard reset now I can't use my phone after hard reset I can't choose language.

you should have tried a simple restart first to see if it can resolve the issue
Did the hard reset solve the touch issue? And what error are you getting when choosing language?

If I'm want to choose India English then need to touch below one inch then it select. After selecting can't touch next because lower touch not working

U should revert back to 8.1. This Redstone build having touch issue. That's still not fixed.! So stay in official. Don't try the Redstone build now.

We are now stuck as we will have to remain on WP8.1 after using WDRT as the latest build downloaded will be 14393 instead of 10586. Unless Microsoft fixes this simple issue, we are stuck with a phone that has to be force downgraded to WP8.1

The problem is explained at the below link. They basically messed up the screen resolution and put in a value other than 480X854 which is the actual resolution of this phone.
