Touch Screen Keyboard changes to different layouts

My touch screen keyboard on my Touch Pro 2 changes to different layouts as I use different programs. Sometimes it"ll have a ".com" instead of the space bar and sometimes it"ll give me a phone pad layout. When this happens, I have to go into registry into the tegic directory and change the e9 keyboard layout value back to 0 which fixes the problem but only temporary. This is driving me nuts!! I can't find any threads anywhere with the same problem. this happened with 6.1 and now 6.5...... Someone PLEASE HELP!!!

you should be able to change it on the screen by tapping the 123 sym buton which switches you between leters and numbers and symbols on the keyboard. at least thats how it works on my pure. RTFUG
