How can I adjust the sensitivity on my phone?

Which phone? On Lumia phones it's in Settings > Extras (if I'm remember correctly), on other phones you can't adjust it.

It's an Alcatel Idol 4s.

The idol 4s has only one touch feature/enhancement and that is double tap to wake.
