Touch screen went nuts after updating to build 14376

I updated to insider preview build 14376 this morning. After updating, every ~10 seconds, there are about 5 points of touch input registered at about 1/4 from the right of my screen. I had to disable my touch screen because it was breaking a lot of stuff.

I never experienced this before, did anyone have experienced something like this before?

try a restart and if that does not fix things do a reset
