tp-link camera plugin required

when I am trying to access the official site of TP LINK in order to see my NC200 camera on line streaming it is not working from the browser of my N625 lumia phone. I have windows 8.1 as OS.
It says that i need to install a plugin and it provides me with a link for download. after the downloading of a file "nonie_plugins_x86-2.7.6.msi" nothing is happening because windows phone cannot run or support the file.
what can i do to run this file?

You'll have to run that on a desktop PC.
Phones aren't able to install and run x86 applications.
