They must be doing something on the back end because the Surface Pro 4 trade-in information is also missing now too? I used the online contact form on Saturday but haven't heard anything back yet :-/
The Trade Up page is fixed now, went through the whole process without a glitch.
I had to read the upload page carefully as it wasn't obvious that 2 documents needed to be uploaded; as it only changes the next from Invoice to Delivery Document so if you're just glancing through you might miss it.
Don't know if anyone has noticed but since the problems on Friday/Saturday they have reduced the payment for non Band trade ins to ?40 but on Thursday when I submitted my claim it was ?50 for a Fitbit with original price of ?99
Bummer. Seems like non-UK customers cannot do the trade-up despite both bands have been bought from the UK. One needs an address in the UK but what is worse is that you also need a UK bank account. MS is happy to accept credit cards when buying but why not when refunding (or even IBAN fwiw)
I received an email telling me that my trade in had been approved. The Parcel Force tracking service still tells me that the parcel has been collected from the post office and nothing else. Here's hoping that my email means I'll get the cash soon.
Well I pre ordered and after two bands being sent and returned by the courier, found out MS no longer send to Jersey, so while they'll take my order and money, twice, I now don't qualify for the pre order so I had to get it from Amazon.
