transfer app question

Im sure this question has been asked a hundred times. But how to I transfer my paid apps from one phone to another. I will be transferingthem from a Lumia 928 to the Lumia Icon

If you use the same Microsoft account on both phones,you just go to appstore and press buy on any app which you have previously bought.the store will inform you that "you have already bought the app,would you like to install it again?"then you can download that paid app again
But in case of games,your save state will not be transferred to your new device unless the game allows cloud saving which is rare.

Most if not all your apps should transfer when you login to your new phone if backups are turned on. The rest you can reinstall as mentioned above.
