Transfer data from one Windows Phone to another

Hey all, I've been using a 520 for a little while now and am looking at other Windows Phones to upgrade to, specifically after 4G and maybe a larger screen, so the 625 is the most probable option on the cheap side. However, I'm wondering about the best way to transfer data across to another Windows Phone?

When I used to use iOS devices, you could restore a device from a backup which would practically be a near identical copy of all your apps and data including contacts, text messages, and even call history, etc. Is there something similar on Windows Phone?

As of now , if you have a lumia windows phone 8 , nokia has an exclusive app "transfer my data " which serves the same , moving contacts , msgs via Bluetooth to a new device ,
Else if you are still using lumia 520 , chances are most of your data is backed up on your Microsoft id which includes contacts , msgs and app list , images and videos are backed up on one drive (formally sky drive ), do note that at moment if you chose backup while setting up a new windows phone , it will migrate all your data which includes contacts , msgs and app list that you have installed , app list does not include app data , save game , but it is rumored that windows phone 8.1 will bring proper backup like iCloud on iOS.

Now, i have a same problem. I don't know how to transfer Nokia WinPhone data to new android phone. Can you give me some help?
