Transfer Windows Phone/MS/Outlook Contacts to Android

Anyone know of a free and easy way to transfer all your Windows Phone, Microsoft Account and Outlook contacts to an Android device? I've searched all over the internet and all I can find people recommending services or apps that cost. I own a Lumia 925 (no SD card to use to transfer contacts) and am looking into getting a second/back up device which will be Android. Please let me know. Or give me a link to a site that explains how to do it.

You can login to your Outlook account on any Android device, which shows your contacts

I just set my MS account up as an exchange account on my adroid phone and that seemed to work in importing the contacts
