Transfering photos

Why cant I transfer photos from my iPhone onto the computer with windows 10?

This is a Windows site, so I guess you assume the problem's is on the computer's site, not the phone's. If so, can you elaborate a bit more? What happens when you try to transfer your photos? Do you get an error message?

You need to use Itunes to transfer files.
