Transferring data from Android to Windows Phone

Hi,

I'm going to be moving from Android to Windows Phone soon.

What are some methods to get the data off of my Android and imported into a Windows Phone?

Data such as contacts and text messages.

Hello and welcome to Windows Phone! Here is a thing I found, Nokia has a Lumia app called, 'Transfer my Data' that you can download from The Windows Store just in case it did not come preinstalled on your Windows Phone.
Just to let you know, I've never come from android so, that's pretty much I can say. BTW the link off the details and app is below.

Sync to outlook account, then log in on the other phone.
Add Email account, sync again, done!
