Transferring data from old nokia to nokia 950

i saved all my data - phone colours, ring tones in particular from my new Nokia 950 when it had to be replaced. Now I need to transfer them back to the new Nokia 950 from my old phone.

How do I do this?

they're both the same model?
You can use a pc to copy over stuff from one phone to the other
Others like settings -it's a matter of signing in on the new phone - they should revert to your preferences
