Translator app stopped working properly

Hi,

Can someone shed some light on this situation. Bing translator only works on wifi, but used to work over data. Also even in wifi i cant download language packs to use offline. Good app, but useless to me if it only works over wifi. Thanks in advance.

Ive tried reinstalling it as well, but did not fix the issue.

Yeah same here on Lumia 900!!
Translator app only works on WiFi.
Says "can't connect, sorry can't translate this right now. Try again later or choose languages that you've downloaded"
Anyone else?

Works fine for me on either wifi or data - Lumia 800.
