Translucent Notification Centre with Anniversary Update?

Hi there! Just wanted to ask whether the Notification Centre with the Windows 10 Anniversary Update will be translucent or not? I heard Dan saying it is in one of the podcasts and I have seen a video showing it. However I also have seen some videos where it was not so I am quite confused.

Oh, ok. Schade. I had hoped for it to be an option. I think it kinda looks a bit odd since everything else on the start screen is translucent on Windows 10 and it is translucent on desktop. Oh well

If something currently isn't on a Fast ring build, it won't be in the anniversary update.

The Anniversary Update won't bring any surprises, except to people who aren't expecting it.
