Transparent Lockscreen Wallpaper

does anyone remember transparent lockscreen from a while back?

Is this possible in wp8? I wonder if that would still work, or maybe an app that change your lockscreen to some transparent wallpaper daily would be possible.

I remember that it was nice while it lasted. It doesn't work on WP8.

Define workaround?

If you realy mean a transparant wallpaper then the answer is no.
But ( alway's the but's ) you can let it seems that it is transparant.
Just by using a transparant overlay of a screenshot and use that as a wallpaper.
