Tried going back to Insider but it wont stick after reboot

So i stopped being an insider after a while, but after getting a 950XL, I decided to go back to tru Messaging Everywhere.

I turned on Insider again under advanced windows update options, then it askstme to reboot, but when i go back into it, it didnt remember that I wanted insider builds. The "Get Started" button is still there.

What am i doing wrong?
