trouble receiving group texts from iphones ... need help

I'm new to the icon and am loving it so far. I am having trouble with one thing.... i'd appreciate any help. My family mostly has iPhones, when they send group texts I get the message "get media content now". When I click on it I can't get the content of the message. My family has tried enabling SMS on their phones but it has had no effect.

If anyone has a fix I would appreciate some help. Have a great day

Do you have group text turned on? Settings > Applications >Messaging >Group Text (slide on or off).
