Trouble when I connect my lumia 620 in the computer

Hello my name is Junior Joselito some time now I've been losing my mind with my lumia 620 because it is without the touch function after upgrading from Amber. Searching the internet I discovered that it takes to download the old firmware, even though my problem is now as follows, When I connect the phone to pc (to force the old update) persisted in the following message appears: "USB Device Not Recognized '. So after this message it is connecting and disconnecting appear. I went to the microsoft site trying to solve this problem, which sent me to download the drive 'WinUSB', but I can not install it. So I come here asking for someone to help me.
