Trouble with copy files from PC

Hi! I've bought this phone some weeks ago, and I like it very much! But I have a trouble when I copy a file (mp3 or images) on the phone from pc: when I copy it from Windows 7 Ultimate no problem, it works fine (maybe the process is too slow), but when I do it from Ubuntu 13.04 the file won't be "visible" on the phone (from photo app, for eg.). I know it is because of MTP protocol, but I've also read that MTP support is native on Ubuntu 13.04 (Nautilus?), then why I'm not allow to copy correctly multimedia files by Ubuntu? Can someone help me, please? Thanks a lot, and sorry for my bad English

I am not sure Linux has the proper support for Windows Phone. You may want to ask Ubuntu support for assistance.

I Used Long Path Tool, It works excellent to copy or delete, long path files quickly than other software. You may also try it and I m sure you will be happy too. Thank you!
