True caller's caller id feature not working at all.

Hey guys I am have trouble with caller id feature of true caller .... It just shows" you are offline now please check your internet connection", I have everything right like having app in phone memory, latest network+ app and extras+ info app ..i am also running the latest denim firmware and have 3g connection with indian device. Am I missing something? Please help.

Yeah a bug...true caller already emailed me about this...they replied we are working on it...

Are you sure, you toggled it back and forth until you see 3 dots progress at top of the screen w/o closing the app? BTW, I disabled background allowance for truecaller

yup doesn't work on my 640xl...im on win8.1...n i dont know if network+ is up to date or not! since i bought it around two weeks ago there isnt any update for network+..though there was an update for extra n info when i switched on my mobile for the first time! i guess i wont face this problem on win10m on my 640xl! truecaller works fine on my L620 which has win10m! i will update my 640xl when 10586 build will be available!

Confirmed guys.... It's a bug.... Truecaller is working on a fix.
