Trying to disassemble a BlackJack II

I am in the process of disassembling a BlackJack II for a feature article that showcases the innards of various electronic gadgets.

However, after successfully removing the back panel, I am stuck staring at the interior gray housing, with no obvious sign of what to remove next. The chrome frame that is sandwiched between the front and back panels appears seamless, and the front faceplate doesn't want to budge.

If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated.
