Trying to download office365 on my lumina 640 and it only shows

It show that it is downloading for 20 mins. but never stops downloading and does not install...why?

What are you downloading? The installer for PC?

On a phone, it's got Office built in (or, if on 10 preview, in beta store). Just sign in with your Office 365 enabled Microsoft Account. You don't actually need to download anything.
