Tubecast for YouTube PRO ?

Hi,

I bought Tubecast for YouTube PRO but i can only install it on my laptop. why can i not install it on my lumia 1020 ?

Developers can choose to allow a single app purchase or require the user to make individual app purchases.

However I bought the Tubecast app (non pro) on my phone and was able to install it on my laptop.

Are you using the same Microsoft Account on the laptop and your 1020?
