Turn off 3G data?

I was wondering if there's any way in WP8 to turn off the data use without turning off the ability to make a call and receive texts.

That would make everything so much easier for me when I get my Lumia 520.

Thank you, the last phone I had was Android and before that a Lumia 900.

That makes the 25$ for 250 minutes and unlimited texts... really freakin sweet.
