Twabbit won't install

Is anyone else having trouble installing Twabbit over the last few days? Every time I try to install it from the store I get an error number 80004005

Perhaps it is due to this issue. No app updates? The Windows Phone Store appears to be stuck today | Windows Central

Still happening. Have rebooted my phone and still getting the same error.. Any more ideas?

I have Twabbit, but its not updating. Says needs attention, I try again, but still won't update.

Maybe the app got pulled?
