Twitter App Issues

So I have Windows 10 mobile. I used the official Twitter app fine. I then factory reset my phone with the latest windows 10 update. I have re-installed the Twitter app. Whatever I do I get this message "We are sorry there is a problem completing your request". The twitter mobile website works fine on my phone. Any ideas?

Web browsing works fine and other apps (such as Facebook, Runtastic, Weather, Outlook) all work fine.

I'm guessing no one knows. That's pretty rubbish that Twitter doesn't work.
